We have many members in the Grand Forks area who are dedicated to the sport of purebred dogs. Interests as varied as agility, herding, tracking, conformation, obedience, therapy, and trial and event planning keep our club meetings and activities fun and interesting.
Membership in the Grand Forks Kennel Club is by application, elections, and payment of annual dues of $15 for single, and $20 for family membership. Associate membership is also an option.
You must attend a meeting to obtain an application and be sponsored by two Club members in good standing that have known you for a minimum of three months. In order to keep your membership club members must Pay club dues on time by June 1st. In addition members must either attend a minimum of 4 club meetings per year and volunteer at least 5 hours, or attend no meetings but volunteer at least 10 hours. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer and hours can be signed onto the binder at meetings or submitted.
Meetings take place once a month. Generally on Wednesday evenings, although the winter months tend to have meetings relocated to the weekend. Locations can sometimes vary — so check the calendar HERE for meeting locations, dates or time, or submit an email to the club at firstname.lastname@example.org.
